ASHLAN CLINIC is proficient in delivering an extensive range of therapeutic treatment modalities. The clinic provides advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Polarity Therapy, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Sports Massage/Elite Athlete Performance Conditioning, and other therapeutic services and programs. Clients can experience the treatment in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. We cater to clients of all ages, including adults, children, and seniors. Our services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.
Our Personal Trainer, Amy Turner, was qualified as a TRX Instructor through Aqua Gym Plus' trainer/affiliate program. We are pleased with the TRX system, and look forward to assisting in the overall health and well-being of Bermuda's people.

Apex Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic
APEX Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic Ltd is now open and accepting referrals. APEX Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic Ltd. is located in the City Centre within the Cedarparkade Building next to the bus terminal. We provide a modern, holistic approach to treatment giving the patient a comprehensive evidence-base service without prejudice.
APEX Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic Ltd. is owned and operated by Craig Brown BSc. (HONS) PT MSOM CGFI. Craig was born and raised in Bermuda. After completing studies locally at Saltus, he graduated from the University of Manchester (UK) School of Physiotherapy in 2000 with a BSc (HONS) in Physiotherapy.
Craig is a board-certified Manual Therapist and Certified Golf Fitness Instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute. He is qualified in Trigger Point Dry needling, TCM and Western Segmental Acupuncture. He provides physiotherapy, fitness and injury management consultation services to various sporting associations on the island including the Bermuda Cricket Board, Bermuda Football Association, Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association, Bermuda Professional Golfers Association, Bermuda Junior Golf Association, Bermuda Golf Association and Island Soccer League. He also works Olympic Athletes and other Elite Sportsmen and women.
