AGREEMENT AND WAIVER

I understand and agree that I am using Mark Raynor’s Aqua Gym room and mobile fitness training services at my own risk. I have disclosed all necessary health conditions to the trainer conducting the sessions so he or she can safely guide me to better health and fitness. I take full responsibility regarding any injury which may occur during my TRX/AQUA GYM sessions, or any fitness program which I enroll in with the AQUA GYM . I also acknowledge that I have 30 days in which to use the sessions, I have prepaid for. I am clearly aware that there will be no refund or extension of time beyond the 30-day period unless special circumstances deem it reasonable to do so. Such circumstances will be submitted in writing to Mark Raynor where he has full authority to refuse or grant a refund or an extension of time to use sessions.
