I've been a regular of TRX since December 2009 and I can definitely say this product has transformed my body in many ways. I've always been active in the gym but it wasn't til I met Mark and he introduced me to TRX that the time and dedication paid off. It was also his great motivation that kept me wanting to push myself pass what I once thought I couldn't do. Since i've been coming and with the help of this nutrition dvd and eating healthy plan he showed me i've lost 18 pounds and i've gained so much definition. This product is definitely something I'll use for life!

I love the TRX training system. I've used free weights before but find TRX training more effective and more challenging, plus more fun! I've been doing TRX for about 5 weeks now, and I've noticed the difference in my physique and strength. I'm on track to achieve my goals with TRX and much of the credit goes to Mark for his expertise and encouragement.

The TRX training has been the best investment that I've made when it comes to my health. When I had my first demo, I immediately liked what I felt and knew that this was something that I wanted to continue. All my life I've participated in some sort of exercise regimen, aerobics, walking, running, using weight resistance machines but the TRX has proved to be the most effective of all. My main objective is to strengthen the upper body and to tone. I can honestly say that after training for approximately four months now, I'm feeling a lot stronger especially in my lower back. I did not realize how strong I was until Mark, after training asked me to do ten push-ups! I thought that he was joking but he was serious. So I said ok – I will give a try but I don't think that I can do it. I was able to do ten regular push-ups!! Then he asked to do another ten with my feet suspended in the TRX straps. So I actually did a total of 20 with just a brief rest between the two sets of ten. Before using the TRX straps, I could only do about two or three at the most. I'm very excited!! Mark, I'm very appreciative for introducing the TRX to me. TRX and I will be friends forever!! I would encourage anyone who's looking to increase their fitness level to at least give it a try!! IT WORKS!!
